Whistleblower Channel

Agrios el Carril's internal information system is essential for anticipating, identifying, reducing, or eliminating risks within the organization and mitigating any potential loss of the trust and respect that the organization fosters daily.

This is a confidential channel for anyone associated with the company to communicate about breaches affecting AGRARIOS EL CARRIL.

The management of the Channel and the processing of information and complaints will be carried out by the Head of the Agrarios el Carril Information System, which is the entity's Regulatory Compliance Committee, a collegiate body appointed by the General Director.

Process and conditions of use of the Information Channel

It is a simple process and the system is enabled on this page, located in a visible place.

After receiving appropriate information about the processing of your data, you may submit your information or report anonymously.

Your communication must be in writing, using a form without identifying information. Once the complaint is submitted through the channel, you will receive an automatic receipt.

The system manager will analyze the communication and, if appropriate, initiate an investigation or forward the information to other bodies within the entity.

In cases where the complaint filed relates to a possible case of harassment, violence, or discrimination at work, the protocol implemented by the Mutual Society for this purpose will be activated.

If, based on the content of the information, it is not deemed necessary to open an investigation period, a reasoned report will be issued and a response will be sent to the informant, assuming they have identified themselves or provided an email address for this purpose. The personal data on the channel will be deleted.

The maximum processing time for the procedure will be that necessary to carry out the investigation, but never exceeding three months, except in cases of special complexity that require an extension of the deadline, in which case the System Manager must issue a supporting report, and the deadline may be extended for up to a maximum of three additional months beyond the date on which it was decided to initiate the investigation period.

The identified informant will have the right to know the final result of his communication in a concise manner and without details of the investigation, and the affected person will be informed of the actions or omissions attributed to him and will have the right to be assisted by a person of his confidence, to make allegations and to be heard at any time during the procedure, but in no case may the identifying data of the complainant or third parties mentioned in the information be revealed.
